Investigation Update: Victim Identified in Death Investigation in the Area of 114 Stoughton Street in Dorchester

 

At about 10:46 AM on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to an inside scene for a person shot in the area of 114 Stoughton Street (Creole International Barber Shop) in Dorchester. On arrival, officers located a male victim, believed to be in his twenties, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. The victim has since been identified as Alberto Monteiro-Pire, 21, of Dorchester.
