BPD Community Alert: Boston Police Investigating Recent Indecent Assault in East Boston


At about 6:30 PM on Monday, March 6, 2017, an adult female victim was in the area of Brooks Street in East Boston when she was approached by an unknown male and indecently assaulted as she was entering a building. The suspect then fled the area on foot down Brooks Street, turning left onto Condor Street. The suspect is described as a male, 18-25 years of age, standing 5’6” tall, unknown race or ethnicity, last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and khaki pants.

The Boston Police Sexual Assault Unit is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incidents. Anyone with any information is strongly urged to contact detectives assigned to the Sexual Assault Unit at (617) 343-4400.
