"Our District 7 officers are committed to preventing crime, addressing issues affecting the quality of life, and ensuring public safety seven days a week and twenty four hours a day. These goals cannot be achieved without the many partnerships that we have formed within the community. Our partners in East Boston include the business community, homeowners, landlords, property managers, public and private schools, as well as the long list of active citizens groups that assist us in our efforts. We are all a part of a commitment to keep East Boston a safe, welcoming, and vibrant community for all segments of what is the most diverse neighborhood in Boston."
